When you join the early-access list we store your email address, your marketing consent, and any optional details you choose to share (first name, business name, store count, role, current POS, most important feature, games carried, and beta interest). We also record campaign parameters, the referring page, and the landing path so we know which announcements reached you.
We do not store raw IP addresses. Abuse protection uses a one-way hash only. We do not sell or rent waitlist information, and waitlist records are not readable by site visitors.
We use your email to send TCGCORE development updates, beta invitations, and early-access information. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any update or contacting us.
