A POS built for game stores

Generic retail software treats a Near Mint foil and a Lightly Played non-foil as the same SKU. TCGCORE is being built by a game store owner for the way game stores actually sell.

What a game store POS has to do

  • Track singles by game, set, number, condition, finish and language, alongside sealed product and accessories.
  • Keep one stock count across the counter, your website, TCGplayer and Mana Pool so a card sold once comes off everywhere.
  • Hold stock for parked sales, open tabs, preorders and online orders.
  • Take preorders with deposits and allocate fairly when you're shorted.
  • Price special orders for out-of-stock cards and put them on a buy report.
  • Log every price change, stock adjustment and refund by staff member.

What TCGCORE includes today

  • Register with parked sales, tabs, cash, card and store credit.
  • Singles and general inventory on an append-only stock ledger.
  • Counter kiosk lookup and special orders at market price plus an adjustable markup, with a no-returns acknowledgment.
  • Your own online shop sharing the same stock, with pay-at-pickup or card checkout.
  • Marketplace sync for TCGplayer, Mana Pool and eBay using each store's own keys.
  • Distributor catalogs, forecasting, purchase orders and preorders on higher plans.
  • Multi-store reports, transfers and role-based staff access.
